Found this place on Google through searching for a mechanic. We had traveled to Whangarei from Auckland and our van was missing a beat - it had been for a little while and our previous mechanic couldn't find the issue. By the time we arrived in Whangarei our van had lost all power while going up hills. Called Byron, he said he was too busy but could take a quick-look. Within 5 mins he had found the issue and solved the problem. Something our previous mechanic had failed to do 3 times. Thanks Byron, we owe you the name of our first born grandchild! You'll be seeing more of us and we'll be recommending you to our entire family (there's over 300 of them living in Whangarei).
I'm blown away by this company's customer service; the information, the follow up and the easy communication process is absolutely top notch. Smooth, professional, sincere and friendly. I'd give 6 stars if it was possible. 😉
